What you receive

Real employment, not a gig.
A W-2 job with the employer half of payroll taxes paid by us, workers’ compensation from your first afternoon, and real insurance on every session. Homeowner’s policies exclude paid childcare — that gap is exactly what makes informal arrangements dangerous for the person doing the caring.
Between $780 and $1,560 a month.
Three afternoons a week comes to about $1,170 a month; four to about $1,560. You choose. There is no minimum, no exclusivity and no notice period — if you need to stop, you stop, and nobody rings to ask why.
Vision, dental and hearing.
The three things Original Medicare has never covered, and the three that decide whether a person can read, eat comfortably and follow a conversation.
Groceries and meals built around your own health.
A nutrition plan delivered weekly — and the children’s food on care days arrives with it, allergies and dietary rules already handled. You are not expected to shop for anyone.
Every clearance and certification, paid for.
Fingerprinting, the State Central Register, CPR and first aid. You are never charged a dollar to work here.
You are never the whole plan.
A family’s week is covered by two carers, not one. Nobody’s Tuesday collapses because you have an appointment, and you are never the reason a parent cannot go to work.

Social Security. At or after full retirement age — 67 for anyone retiring now — there is no earnings limit at all, and this income does not reduce your benefit by a dollar. Below full retirement age the 2026 limit is $24,480, and benefits withheld under it are credited back to you later rather than lost. Four afternoons a week sits under that limit. We will walk through your own numbers with you before you start.
